Personal:

Married with two children, and resident of Charlotte, North Carolina since 1994. Upon graduating from Law School in 1992, I was employed by State Farm Insurance Company in the automobile liability claims department. I transferred to Charlotte in 1994, and I entered private practice in 1998. Personal interests include running, boating, water skiing, and snow skiing.

Concentration in automobile personal injury law, and criminal defense.

Extensive trial experience in Superior and District Court. Have obtained successful outcomes involving cases in litigation through Jury verdicts, Judicial verdicts, Arbitration awards, and Mediated settlements. As a result of my employment experience in the insurance industry I acquired an in-depth understanding on the settlement procedures and techniques used by insurance companies.
