About Kirkley & Stanley
AUTO ACCIDENTS
An automobile accident can potentially have a devastating effect on your health and financial resources. Questions which arise after an automobile accident include:
- Who will pay my medical bills?
- Will I be reimbursed for lost wages
As a victim of a negligent driver, you may be entitled to payment of your medical bills, payment for lost wages, and compensation for your pain and suffering. You also have the right to be fairly compensated for the damage to your vehicle. This compensation includes payment for a rental car, and possible depreciation for the diminished market value of your claim.
Our office has over 30 years of combined experience handling automobile accident cases. We aggressively explore all potential areas of available insurance coverage in order to maximize our client's recovery.
Our policy is to handle personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. If there is no recovery, there is no fee. In addition, consultations with our office are always free of charge.
